Velosity started the year by thanking employees for their hard work and achievement in 2022 at the annual employee appreciation event.  Velosity hosted over 540 employees and guests from all facilities including Teamvantage, MMD Medical, Custom Mold & Design and Paradigme. The event was held at the Earl Browne Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, MN.

The highlight of the evening was ice hockey goaltender Jim Craig’s who gave the keynote address. Jim Craig recounted the story of the legendary ice hockey coach Herb Brooks, who led the US team to their long-awaited Olympic gold medal. Coach Herb Brooks brought together players from Minnesota and Massachusetts, creating the 1980 Olympic Hockey Team that won the US gold medal. The champion team’s story and historic win were featured in the film Miracle on Ice in 2003. The coach’s vision and team’s journey are the perfect inspiration as we bring our companies together under the newly branded Velosity.

After dinner, employees and guests were entertained by the comedy troupe Sassy Lassy with fun-filled competitive games.
