WHAT IS ESG IN MANUFACTURING?

Our Commitment
in Action

At Velosity, we recognize the pivotal role manufacturers play in shaping sustainable practices and advancing environmental responsibility. This is why we value Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainable manufacturing practices. Our commitment to sustainability permeates every aspect of our operations, from material selection to innovative manufacturing processes.

We champion eco-conscious practices by integrating energy-efficient techniques, waste-reduction strategies, and circular-economy principles into our operations. These efforts enable us to align with evolving customer expectations, offer eco-friendly solutions, foster supply chain transparency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

How Does Velosity Support Employees and Local Communities?

Velosity’s commitment to ESG extends beyond our manufacturing operations to our employees and the communities where we operate. We support employee development, engagement, workplace safety, and career growth opportunities while also contributing time and resources to local community initiatives. These initiatives support both environmental responsibility and continual operational improvement.

Does Velosity Publish an ESG or Sustainability Report?

Yes. Velosity publishes an annual ESG Report highlighting our environmental, social, and governance initiatives and progress across our contract manufacturing operations. Our 2025 ESG Report provides visibility into our sustainability efforts, employee initiatives, responsible business practices, and measurable environmental impact.

In 2025, Velosity recycled more than 74,000 pounds of plastics and 32,000 pounds of metal, reduced cutting oil use by 72%, and retrofitted 99% of our facilities with LED lighting.
