Wayne was nominated this August for demonstrating the core value of Collaboration.
Wayne has taken on the project management of the development and implementation of the new high-volume fixtures for the flat block. He has been collaborating with Mold Build, Production, and Engineering teams, and has worked through some necessary adjustments on the fixtures. At the same time, he has continued to deliver parts to the customer to keep their production running smoothly. In the last two weeks, we have delivered over 20,000 flat blocks to Abbott.

We assigned him to project manage the new fixtures for Abbott’s Flat Block project, and he is working closely with the tooling team to qualify them and address any issues in the new fixture design and build. His collaboration with operators, tool builders, and manufacturing engineers to enhance the loading process of the new design and achieve more consistent and quicker results for the operators exemplifies why he is an invaluable asset to the company.”
