Ehtan consistently brings a positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork to the job. He’s always the first to step up when the team is short-staffed, helping to carry the load and support his coworkers.

About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2024, we had over 265 employees nominated!
