About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2024, we had over 265 employees nominated!
