Courtney was nominated this November for Awareness & Collaboration.
Courtney has progressed from operator to lead to supervisor, and throughout her growth, she has consistently kept her team at the center of everything she does. She continuously looks for ways to improve LISI processes and collaborates closely with the team to ensure everyone stays aligned.
Over the past year, the LISI department has experienced several improvements that boosted our ability to perform at our best and continue pushing boundaries. These efforts contributed to the team producing a record number of blades in a single week. The team also feels set up for success knowing Courtney is someone who comes in early, stays late, and leads by example.

About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2024, we had over 265 employees nominated!
