  • Employee Wellbeing and Development: Reduced safety incidents by 76%, received Governor’s Safety Awards, achieved 83% retention, expanded healthcare benefits, and increased diversity in promotions—36% awarded to women and 34% from underrepresented groups.
  • Responsible Innovation: Established a cross-functional AI Council to guide adoption of artificial intelligence, improving productivity, decision-making, and waste reduction while ensuring strong governance.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Reduced water usage in manufacturing by nearly 67%, expanded recycling programs, and advanced toward science-based emissions targets through a centralized ESG data platform.
