Christian Foss
Operations Director – Becker
Christian oversees our Becker tooling facility and has maintained the highest facility engagement score across Velosity for two consecutive years. He joined us as a Tool Maker in 2000 and has progressed through multiple roles in his career, culminating in his appointment as Director of Operations last October. Christian excels in working with our customers and leading his top-notch team of toolmakers in Becker. Congratulations to Christian and his entire team.
Darren Bjork
SVP/General Manager – Brooklyn Park
Darren achieved outstanding advancement in his Voice of the Team score. He has been with our company for 15 years and is responsible for the entire team in Brooklyn Park. Darren significantly improved upon an already high score from the prior year. He is known for his positive energy, enthusiasm, and results-driven focus to meet our customers’ expectations every day.
Rich Patraw
VP of Operation – Forest Lake
Rich Patraw was the Director of Operations for our Brooklyn Park facility this fall when our engagement survey took place. He achieved the top leadership score at his site. Rich is known for solving problems, supporting his team, and finding ways to continuously improve our processes and systems. With his promotion to VP of Operations, he now has responsibility for all four of Velosity’s manufacturing sites.
Jeremy McDonald
SVP/Production Manager – Custom Mold & Design – Forest Lake
Jeremy McDonald, the Production Manager at our Custom Mold & Design (CMD) location in Forest Lake, achieved the top engagement score from his team. Jeremy has been with us for almost 3 years and manages a large, experienced, and dedicated team of toolmakers, EDM specialists, and warehouse staff.
Scott Strom
SVP/IT Manager – Forest Lake
Scott Strom is our IT Manager who achieved two leadership awards for our Voice of the Team Engagement Survey. Scott had the Overall Top Leadership Score across all 4 Velosity locations! He was also recognized for Outstanding Advancement in his team score from the prior year, which was already quite high. Scott joined us in 2020 and has overseen the IT integration of an acquisition, implemented new IT tools, and his team is highly engaged, keeping our IT systems working smoothly across the company.
Randy Weber
Process Engineering Manager – Forest Lake
Randy Weber is our Process Engineering Manager who leads a talented team of Process Engineers at our Forest Lake facility. Randy has been with the company for 6 years. He achieved the largest increase in his team’s engagement score across all 4 sites, so he was awarded the recognition for Outstanding Top Advancement in Score.
