Tony is a valuable asset to Becker. He consistently seeks ways to improve the company on all levels. He has contributed significantly to Velosity’s ESG initiatives by developing strategies to reduce our carbon footprint while also generating revenue.
This is what the Director of Operations at the Becker facility says about Tony: “Tony takes care of all the Becker ESG data and measurements, among the many other things he does. His commitment to our team is second to none.”
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2024, we had over 265 employees nominated!
