Susie was nominated this May for Lead by Example.
In the short time since joining the Velosity team in September 2025, Susie has made an incredible impact. Her dedication to maintaining accurate inventory and her strong support of both internal and external customers has been outstanding. She consistently demonstrates what it means to be a great teammate and continues to set a strong example for those around her.
While working shorthanded in the BP warehouse, Susie ensured that the team covering for her during her upcoming vacation was fully set up for success. This required long hours and an extraordinary level of dedication.
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2024, we had over 265 employees nominated!
