Scott is always helpful providing recommendations that provide a mutual benefit for both Velosity AND our customer, showing how Velosity can exceed their expectations.
More recently, Scott was with a customer when a Velosity employee elected to quit in the midst of the customer visit. Without hesitation, Scott jumped in to satisfy the role of the PM for remainder of the visit. His manager says, “Scott is always focused on satisfying the customer. His 30 years of experience at Velosity allows him to be able to step in to help whenever he sees a need. His efforts are greatly appreciated.”
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2023, we had over 278 employees nominated!
